Items are shipped Standard Ground shipping. After our processing time the item will be shipped and should be received after 5-7 business days. Your will receive confirmation of your order after purchase via e-mail. Once the item is shipped you will also receive a tracking number via e-mail. Be sure to give the correct e-mail during check out.
If the item(s) you ordered do not exceed the quantity of 29, your processing wait time is 3-7 business days.
If the item(s) you ordered are over 29 item(s) in quantity, your processing wait time is 7- 12 business days.
We are more than happy to return our merchandise and cancel the order for you. You have 5 days after merchandise is delivered to return the item. Shipping cost to return the item is the customers' responsibility. We recommend that you refuse the package from the delivery service to avoid paying for it to return to us. If you want to cancel or return your order please send us an e-mail or give us a call and refuse the package.
We will pay the return shipping if items are broken on arrival or send you a replacement item. If the items are broken on arrival please e-mail a picture of broken item 2 DAY AFTER IT ARRIVES or the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
Custom orders and Vendor packages are non refundable due to the nature of it being made in high quantities and the inability to resale. However, if items are broken on arrival we will send you a replacement, not a refund. See above for broken items rules.
